Automatic&safety Production

The 4-way valves are automatically welded in MISOURI factory. The copperpipes of 4-way valves are accurately processed by digital Copper PipeCutter and Pipe Bender Robot.ln mass production, the efficiency ofautomatic welding in MISOURI factory is at least 60% thigher than theaverage manufacturers in China.
Automatic Packaging
Automatic packaging machine can pack the strap in a customized standardway and intelligently control the packing speed. Compared with theconventional manual packaging, the automatic packaging in MISOURI factorycan not only increase the production efficiency, but also raise thepackaging quality.
Robotic Assembly

New Gas Application
50% of MISOURI heat pump products use R32 as refrigerant. 0utstandingly leading the industry, heat pump products with new nature gas R290 have been developed for two diffrent applications, including INVER series for swimming pool heating and have been launched to the market as well.
The influence that the refrigerant do to the performance of the product is very critical. Not only does the refrigerant has to be stable, non-toxic, superior in performance. but also has to meet the reguirement and environment rules of different countries. Last but not least, it has to be economic.
Super Silence Performance
Through repeated advancement on internal structure, adoption of branded compressor, fan motor and inverter technology, MISORUI heat pump product can run very silently, the sound level of which is much lower than most heat pump product from domestic heat pump manufacturers.

We have built up our own comprehensive quality control system. All of the materials from our suppliers will be rigorously checked by our QC team. Every heat pump is strictly tested at the factory through each operation phase prior to the shipment to make sure the high quality and reliability.
We own our leading international integrated laboratory which can offer wide range of the ambient temperature condition from -30~53℃. The laboratory has received the approval from international certification body SGS and Intertek and can conduct the third party testing independently at the facility.
